Initial Appointment

Patients are seen by appointment, in order of appointment time, but do not have to be physician referred. Should you be unable to keep your appointment we appreciate 24 hours notice. We make every attempt to stay on schedule; however, many times we are unable to predict when some patients will require extra time and attention. We apologize if this creates a lengthy wait for you. It is very important you bring the following items with you: Most recent mammogram and breast ultrasound films. Dictated mammogram and ultrasound reports. Pathology reports for any previous breast surgeries. List of current medications and dosages. Your insurance card. Completed patient registration and medical forms.
